BYOB is allowed \u0026amp; encouraged.\u003cbr\u003e\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eClassic Cannoli cooking class gives you the secret techniques to create this traditional Italian dessert. The class starts with making fresh Ricotta \u0026amp; Mascarpone cheeses from scratch, then learn to make the cannoli dough by hand with chef Laura's tips \u0026amp; technique to create the perfectly spiced and textured cannoli dough, and then class learn how to roll, shape, and fry cannoli shells. Fillings will be prepared and attendees will get to stuff cannoli  shells with delicious fillings and decorate the cannoli. Class will also get to take home (or devour these treats in class) the cannoli they create!\u003c\/p\u003e\n\u003cp\u003eClass includes recipes \u0026amp; instructions for all preparations discussed and demonstrated in the class. Classes are fun and educational.
