Our new & improved Fig Balsamic Vinegar is an exclusive Delavignes creation. Cask aged for 2 years, this vinegar is a little more sharp and less sweet than our traditional condimenti. Made using the traditional balsamic methods in Modena, Italy of crushing, cooking, and aging the must of trebbiano grapes, and then is infused with a natural fig essence. This vinegar carries all of the classic balsamic flavors with a aromatic fig twist. Our recommendation: Pair's perfectly with strong greens like arugula or radicchio, or use our Fig Balsamic Vinegar to marinate proteins like salmon, pork, or flank steak.
