We are offering several classes in 2024. Class details and descriptions can be found below. Class fee is $25.00 per person, and private classes for your own group of 8 or more can be accommodated. If you see a class program you like and would like to re-create as a private event please call 203-437-8286 or email orders@shopdelavignes.com. If the class you are interested in is sold out, let us know your interest and we can usually accommodate adding another class date. To purchase tickets click here or click on the class below. All Classes are held in person at 197 Huntingdon Ave, Waterbury CT. Chef Laura also does offsite classes at locations such as senior centers, classrooms, or event spaces.

Classes are held on Friday's from 5:30-7:30, Saturdays from 3:30-5:30 or Sunday Morning's from 11-1:00. Each class is a unique blend of chef demonstration, hands on interactivity, and general culinary knowledge building.

Class includes recipes & instructions for all preparations discussed and demonstrated in the class. Classes are fun and educational. Bring your aprons and your appetite's, the classes are full of great things to sample and taste during the event, both the items made in the class and several other tasting items from products available in the store will be available to sample & taste during the class.

Children 10 and older are welcome but must be accompanied and supervised by an adult, each child must have their own ticket.
