If an item is out of stock as listed on the contents of a gift basket, we reserve the right,t o avoid shipping delays to replace the item with a comparable product of size, type, and value. Standard Gift Baskets may continue products slightly different that the pictured item. Orders are not qualified for refunds or exchanges for these items. In the event of product breakage or damage a photo of the damaged goods, shipping box and tracking number must be included in your request for refund correspondence. During the holiday season due to increased package volume handling damages do occur, in this event the parcel carrier does not notify either the shipper or the receiver of the damage. If you have not received your package during the expected shipping window please contact us immediately to receive a replacement before the holiday.
