Available in 2 sizes- 16oz & 25oz- Made from locally grown Connecticut apples, our single variety applesauce is made with only one type of apple-the mighty Cortland apple. Our puree has a natural pink color due to the whole apple processing we perform, where the applesauce gets its unique flavor, texture, and color from the entire apple being boiled, then pressed, skins and all. Our special process extracts the puree from the skins and seeds, creating a velvety sweet-tart New England classic. Perfect as an accompaniment to chicken or pork, and is excellent in baked goods such as an apple brown betty, apple crisp, or apple crumb coffee cake, or enjoy stirred into oatmeal, or warmed and drizzled over vanilla ice cream.
