Small Batch & Single Estate, this is a mono-cultivar premium pressing. Made from 100% Koroneiki Olives from a family owned farm in Messenia Greece, in the southwestern peloponnese. Harvested by hand and unfiltered for truly authentic, buttery, medium intensity exceptional extra virgin olive oil. The Koroneiki olive is know for it's high fat content and can produce on average 20% more heart healthy fats than other olive varieties. USDA certified organic.
