Cacciatore Hunter's Style Cooking Class
Alla Cacciatore is the Italian Hunter's Style Dinner class. Join us for a delicious class learning tips & techniques for preparing an Italian hunters style dinner. The Cacciatore sauce & style originates it the renaissance period of italy, and has been curated, changed, and improved by the varied regional specialties of Italy. Our class features tips & techniques for utilizing non-traditional meat cuts, such as pheasant, partridge, or rabbit. ( Vegetarian option as well!). Chef Laura shares her family recipe, featuring local Connecticut grown savory vegetables, tomatoes, and herbs. While the Cacciatore sauce simmers, class also learns how to make a quick and delicious hand rolled pappardelle pasta to accompany the Hunter's style dinner.
Class includes recipes & instructions for all preparations discussed and demonstrated in the class. Classes are fun and educational, bring your aprons and your appetite's, the classes are full of great things to sample and taste during the event, both the items made in the class and several other tasting items from products available in the store will be available to sample during the class. Class tickets are non-refundable. Please let us know if you will not be able to attended a class you purchased tickets for, and if possible we can help exchange them for another class/date.
Can't make it to a public class? We offer private group classes- gather a group of friends and host a private class with Chef Laura. Private classes require a minimum of 8 attendees or tickets purchased for the equivalent, classes can accommodate a max of 15 participants.
