Garganelli Pasta and Gourmet Sauces

Garganelli Pasta is a traditional northern Emilia-Romagna region Italian hand rolled pasta. The cuisine from this area is Chef Laura's favorite, and is where many of our Delavignes Products are sourced as well as where Laura's family originates.

Using our own special blend of pasta flour, eggs, and olive oil the class will learn how to make authentic hand rolled & cut pasta dough, and then will break out into stations to make their own pasta dough and to each roll their own Garganelli to cook in class or to take home. While the pasta is resting, Chef Laura will show how to make 2 simple gourmet sauces to pair with the fresh pasta. Every class will offer different sauces & recipes, so if you have attended another pasta class, each sauce taught is unique. Chef Laura will then demonstrate how to cook the fresh pasta to the prefect texture, and the class will get to sample & taste the freshly made pasta with the accompanying sauces, if desired.  Class will get to take their own freshly made raw pasta to cook & enjoy at home. 

 
Class tickets are non-refundable. Please let us know if you will not be able to attended a class you purchased tickets for, and if possible we can help exchange them for another class/date. Class includes recipes & instructions for all preparations discussed and demonstrated in the class. Classes are fun and educational, bring your aprons and your appetite's, the classes are full of great things to sample and taste during the event, both the items made in the class and several other tasting items from products available in the store will be available to sample during the class.
Can't make it to an upcoming class date? Gather a group of friends and host a private class with Chef Laura. Private classes require a minimum of 8 attendees or tickets purchased for the equivalent, classes can accommodate a max of 15 participants.
