Italian Style Stuffed Breads

Stuffed breads are an Italian tradition, especially around the holiday time! Class will learn how to mix, knead, and shape the bread dough, as well as how to prepare several fillings incorporating Delavigne's delicious infused olive oil's and balsamic vinegar, vegetables, proteins, and cheeses. The class breaks out into workstations to create and bake their own breads to sample and take home at the end of class. No experience necessary, all skill levels welcome.

Class tickets are non-refundable. Please let us know if you will not be able to attended a class you purchased tickets for, and if possible we can help exchange them for another class/date. Class includes recipes & instructions for all preparations discussed and demonstrated in the class. Classes are fun and educational, bring your aprons and your appetite's, the classes are full of great things to sample and taste during the event, both the items made in the class and several other tasting items from products available in the store will be available to sample during the class.

Private classes require a minimum of 8 attendees or tickets purchased for the equivalent, classes can accommodate a max of 15 participants.
