Have you ever made Mozzarella Cheese or Ricotta Cheese by hand? Join us and learn how to make these delicious Italian staples. Class participants get to practice cutting curds, and stretching the mozzarella by hand, and forming fresh brined mozzarella balls. Several recipes using the fresh mozzarella and fresh ricotta, paired with Delavignes olive oils and balsamics will also be demonstrated and sampled. Class includes recipes & instructions for all preparations discussed and demonstrated in the class. Classes are fun and educational, bring your aprons and your appetite's, the classes are full of great things to sample and taste during the event, both the items made in the class and several other tasting items from products available in the store will be available to sample during the class.

Class tickets are non-refundable. Please let us know if you will not be able to attended a class you purchased tickets for, and if possible we can help exchange them for another class/date. Class includes recipes & instructions for all preparations discussed and demonstrated in the class.
