Fresh made Shortcrust Pastry & Hot Water Crust Pastry are the base for this class. Buttery and delicious, the pie crust is the most important factor to both sweet & savory pies. Chef Laura will demonstrate both savory and sweet hand-held pie fillings, and the class will break out into work stations to create there own short crust dough and hot water crust dough to make and bake traditional hand-held small picnic pies. While the pies are baking the class will learn techniques and flavor combinations to create unique and flavorful seasonal summer salads and create dressings with Delavignes award-winning olive oil, grapeseed oil, gourmet vinegar, and balsamics. 

 
Class tickets are non-refundable. Please let us know if you will not be able to attended a class you purchased tickets for, and if possible we can help exchange them for another class/date. Class includes recipes & instructions for all preparations discussed and demonstrated in the class. Classes are fun and educational, bring your aprons and your appetite's, the classes are full of great things to sample and taste during the event, both the items made in the class and several other tasting items from products available in the store will be available to sample during the class.
Upcoming Dates for this class are listed on the tickets page, or gather a group of friends and host a private class with Chef Laura. Private classes require a minimum of 8 attendees or tickets purchased for the equivalent, classes can accommodate a max of 15 participants.
