Learn to make this classic Italian pasta from scratch, including making fresh cheese for the fillings, creating the perfect ravioli pasta dough, how to roll and stretch the dough, and how to form delicious raviolis from scratch, including several unique filling varieties. Join Chef Laura as she walks you through the best flour selection for this style pasta, how to create creamy & fresh ricotta cheese from fresh milk, flavor pairings and cheese selections for fillings, and gourmet sauces to compliment your finished raviolis. The class breaks out into work stations to each create their own dough and fillings to make Ravioli to take home and to cook & taste during the class. Gluten Free Pasta dough can also be accommodated, just let us know in advance. Class tickets are non-refundable. Please let us know if you will not be able to attended a class you purchased tickets for, and if possible we can help exchange them for another class/date.
Class includes recipes & instructions for all preparations discussed and demonstrated in the class. Classes are fun and educational, bring your aprons and your appetite's, the classes are full of great things to sample and taste during the event, both the items made in the class and several other tasting items from products available in the store will be available to sample during the class.
