 Join Chef Laura as she shows you how to turn simple, fresh, and locally grown ingredients into hearty & wholesome hand rolled and cut pasta and how to prepare accompanying gourmet sauces.  Tagliatelle is quite popular in Northern Italian cooking and its wide flat noodles are perfect for hearty rustic sauces. Laura will demonstrate how to prepare the perfect sfoglia and how to roll and hand-cut the perfect pasta shapes. The class breaks out to prepare and knead their own batches of the sfoglia dough and then will roll and cut their pasta. while the pasta is resting Laura will demonstrate gourmet sauces to pair with the fresh pasta. Pasta will be boiled and sampled with the sauces, and class attendees will take home their extra freshly made pasta to cook and enjoy at home

Class includes recipes & instructions for all preparations discussed and demonstrated in the class. Classes are fun and educational, bring your aprons and your appetite's, the classes are full of great things to sample and taste during the event, both the items made in the class and several other tasting items from products available in the store will be available to sample during the class. Class tickets are non-refundable. Please let us know if you will not be able to attended a class you purchased tickets for, and if possible we can help exchange them for another class/date.

Private classes require a minimum of 8 attendees or tickets purchased for the equivalent, classes can accommodate a max of 15 participants.
