Crispy dough rings with a texture similar to breadsticks, with notes of Anise and Black Pepper, Taralli are a classic Italian snack. Normally served with wine, during the appetizer or antipasto courses in an Italian meal, or as a traditional crisp on an antipasto or charcuterie board, these delicious snacks are fun to make and delicious to snack on. Learn how to make these treats as well as the humble & delicious basket cheese. The class will learn how to use the creamy and smooth cheese and will learn traditional recipes for pairing with herbs and aromatics as well as distinct olive oil and balsamic to create a snacking feast.

Class tickets are non-refundable. Please let us know if you will not be able to attended a class you purchased tickets for, and if possible we can help exchange them for another class/date. Class includes recipes & instructions for all preparations discussed and demonstrated in the class. Classes are fun and educational, bring your aprons and your appetite's, the classes are full of great things to sample and taste during the event, both the items made in the class and several other tasting items from products available in the store will be available to sample during the class.
