Our next bake & ship day will be September 20 2024. Get your orders in ahead of time and your bread will ship out or be ready for pickup on September 20, Orders placed online after 11:50 AM will ship on the next Focaccia Friday.
Each loaf is large hearty bread that contains 8 servings and measures roughly 9X12 inches
Our Focaccia Breads are made in the traditional long fermentation style, and are made with high quality hard winter wheat bread flours, never bleached or bromated. Our breads are created with our award winning olive oils, topped with our exclusive artisanal salts, signature spice blends, authentic imported Italian cheeses, and Italian classics like sun dried tomatoes, olives, mushrooms, and seasonal selections. We scratch make and bake each Focaccia right in house at our Waterbury CT facility.
Pickup available on Friday's from 12:00 - 5:00 PM or Saturday from 10-3.
If you purchase a Focaccia loaf in advance, your loaf will be available on Friday.
Because of our long fermentation process, please contact us 2 days in advance if you need a large order.
