Class participants will learn how to make Focaccia Breads and Hearty Soups. The soups featured in this class are a roasted carrot & ginger soup as well as a broth style Tuscan white bean soup with hearty greens. Classes are fun and educational, bring your aprons and your appetite's, the classes are full of great things to sample and taste during the event, both the items made in the class and several other tasting items from products available in the store will be available to sample during the class.
