Cooking Classes with Chef Laura are back!!
We are offering several classes in 2024. Class details and descriptions links are listed below, or go to our events page. Class fee is $25.00 per person. We limit class size for a better experience, so classes do sell out. Private classes for your own group of 8 or more can be accommodated. If you see a class program you like and would like to re-create as a private event please email orders@shopdelavignes.com or call us at 203-437-8286.
Classes are held on Friday Nights from 5:30-7:30, Saturday Afternoons 3:30-5:30 or Sunday Morning's from 11-1:00. Each class is a unique blend of chef demonstration, hands on interactivity, and general culinary knowledge building.
Class includes recipes & instructions for all preparations discussed and demonstrated in the class. Classes are fun and educational, bring your aprons and your appetite's, the classes are full of great things to sample and taste during the event, both the items made in the class and several other tasting items from products available in the store will be available to sample during the class. BYOB Wine or other beverages is also allowed.
Children 10 and older are welcome but must be accompanied and supervised by an adult, each child must have their own ticket.
Class Tickets are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend after you have purchased tickets we will make every effort to help you exchange them for another class on another date.
